Dealing features
We work with careful attention in order to reduce costs and
to avoid unnecessary exposure to risks during the deal. In
those instances when we act in the name of a customer living
far away from the area, and we undertake the management of
his property, we make sure to keep him fully informed about
any circumstance related to his investment property.
Van Ditmar Patagonia has developed complete audit procedures
included in every transaction. These procedures ensure the
parties to the transaction that all pertinent issues are disclosed,
investigated, discussed and settled in advance to closing.
Our aim is to make sure that no additional burden or unexpected
concern should arise once the sale, acquisition or any other
type of deal is finished.
